How do I use Dock AI in Slack?

Once an admin turns it on, you @-mention the Dock app in any channel or DM and ask your question. Dock runs it through your agents and replies right in Slack, with its sources.

What can I ask Dock AI in Slack?

Anything you’d ask Dock AI elsewhere: find an asset, answer a pricing or competitor question, draft a document into a workspace, or review where a deal stands. It draws on your own content, calls, and CRM.

What notifications can Dock send to Slack?

Dock can notify you when a stakeholder views a workspace, when a buyer opens an asset or watches a video, when a task or plan is updated, and when someone comments. Each alert includes the account, deal, and workspace owner.

Can I send notifications to customer channels?

Yes. You can sync a workspace to a shared Slack Connect channel, so your customers see updates and can jump back to the workspace from Slack.

Can reps get their own notifications?

Yes. Reps can opt into personal DMs for the workspaces they own, so they only hear about their own deals.
