Live practice
Set the situation, shape the buyer, and define the scorecard. Start from a template, draft with AI or build from scratch.
Scenarios
From the first cold call to a renewal, give reps a clear situation, a realistic buyer, and a goal to work toward.
Buyers
Build personas once and reuse them across scenarios. Each buyer brings a voice, a temperament, and their own priorities.
Scorecards
Tell Dock AI what a good call sounds like. Each criterion has its own scoring guidance, so feedback stays specific to how your team sells.
Explain why you’re calling and check that it’s a good time.
Ask open-ended questions before offering a solution.
Confirm a date and a reason to meet again.
AI coaching
When the conversation ends, the coaching begins. Show reps what worked, what they missed, and what to try next.

AI roleplay is practice: a rep runs a simulated sales call against an AI buyer instead of a colleague. In Dock, the buyer, the situation, and the grading criteria are all set by your enablement team, so the practice matches how your company actually sells.
A rep picks a scenario and starts a live video call. Dock AI plays the buyer described by the persona, records and transcribes the session, then scores it against the scorecard attached to the scenario and writes coaching notes tied to specific moments.
Voice, on video. Reps speak the call the way they’d run it, and the session is recorded and transcribed so delivery—pace, filler words, talk-to-listen ratio—can be scored alongside what was said.
Against a scorecard you write. Each criterion carries its own scoring guidance, and Dock AI applies it to the transcript—so a rep can see the exact behavior that earned or lost a point.
Yes. Dock ships scorecards for MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, Gap Selling, and Command of the Message—and you can edit any of them or write your own from scratch.
Managers see every session across the team, filtered by rep, scenario, or call type, with the recording and transcript for any one of them.
Courses teach and playbooks remind. Roleplay is where a rep finds out whether any of it holds up when a buyer pushes back. All three live in the same platform, so practice can follow the lesson.
What you give it: the scenario and persona your team writes, plus the company context and documents an admin uploads—what you sell, who you sell to, and who you compete with. Roleplay doesn’t pull from your CRM or call recordings on its own.
