AI-powered workspace updates. Bulk workspace editing with AI. Richer AI Documents. New Microsoft Teams and Confluence integrations. And lots more small-but-impactful updates you’ll love.
On Tuesday, we shared part 1 of our Little Things You'll Love December update—with 18 improvements to Dock workspaces and the Content Library.
Today, we're sharing part 2—with a bunch of updates to Dock AI and several new Dock integrations we know you'll be excited about.
What’s new with Dock AI
1. Rewrite workspace sections with Dock AI
You can now ask Dock AI to rewrite any workspace section. You can adjust the tone or regenerate the content using a new data source, such as a call transcript or document.

For example, you can ask Dock AI to update a business case after a recent call.

2. Add page templates to workspaces with Dock AI
By popular demand, you can ask Dock AI to bulk-add a page template to multiple workspaces at once.
For example, you can add your Business Case page template to all current workspaces using your Sales template without manually updating each workspace.

3. Build richer AI document templates with blocks
We’ve upgraded AI Document templates to support multiple blocks within a section. You can also choose the output length and format for each block.

4. Automatically improve AI Document prompts
You can now ask Dock AI to rewrite the Instructions prompt of an AI Document to better follow prompting best practices. This gives you higher-quality outputs without requiring prompt engineering expertise.

You’ll be given the option to accept or discard the suggestion.

5. Use Confluence as a Dock AI data source
With Dock’s new Confluence integration, you can now ask Dock AI questions and pull information directly from your internal wiki (similar to our Notion integration).
To start, choose which Spaces or Pages you want to connect to Dock.

Then, reps can access details about your sales processes, product capabilities, competitive notes, or buyer personas without switching tools.

What's new with Dock integrations
6. Send notifications to Microsoft Teams
Dock now integrates with Microsoft Teams, so you can send notifications about Dock engagement—workspace views, asset engagement, messages, comments, task updates, and more—directly into team channels or personal notification feeds.

7. Pull Slack channels into workspaces from your CRM
If your CRM stores customer Slack channels—like implementation channels or deal-specific threads—Dock can now automatically find those channels and connect them to new workspaces.
This keeps workspace engagement alerts connected to your team’s existing communication channels.
8. Connect Fathom & Avoma to Dock
We’ve added Fathom and Avoma integrations to embed call recordings in workspaces, automatically sync conversations to accounts, and use transcripts as inputs for the AI Assistant and AI Documents.
That brings the full list of Dock's supported call platforms to Gong, Zoom, Chorus, Fathom, and Avoma.

9. Simplify Zoom authentication for your team
Authenticating the Zoom integration is now handled at the individual user level, eliminating many tech headaches for your Dock admins.
10. Search for call recordings by name
Dock now supports searching for a call by name across Gong, Fathom, and Zoom. This helps Sales and CS locate the right customer conversation when embedding a call or using recordings as a source for AI Documents.
You can also view all meetings saved to an account record in Dock.

11. Control Salesforce contact creation
You now have the option to disable automatic contact creation in Salesforce, so RevOps teams can keep CRM records cleaner and decide exactly when new contacts should be added.
With big updates coming in Q1
As we head into the new year, we're gearing up for something big: Dock's hotly anticipated LMS and course-based training system, arriving in Q1.
With that launch, Dock will offer the complete stack revenue teams need to replace heavyweight tools like Seismic and Highspot with something faster, simpler, and built for modern selling.
Of course, we’ll continue shipping lots of updates across the rest of the platform—from workspaces to Dock AI to the Content Library—so the everyday experience keeps getting better.
Until then, keep the ideas coming to support@dock.us. These “Little Things” often start as your suggestions.
Huge thanks to everyone who supported Dock this year. Happy holidays from the entire team—we'll see you in 2026.
